What We're Looking For
Fluent English
Strong English communication skills are essential. Our families are British nationals who need carers they can communicate with clearly and comfortably.
Professional Experience
Minimum 2 years professional care experience (live-in care, nursing home, hospital, or similar setting). Relevant qualifications are a strong advantage.
Clean Background Check
You'll need to provide references and undergo a background check. We take the safety and wellbeing of our families seriously.
Cultural Sensitivity
Understanding of and respect for British culture and values. Experience working with British families is ideal but not essential.
Right to Work
Legal right to work in your country of residence. We work across Europe, so location is flexible.
